His siding team was on the job and working in a few days. As soon as they finished the painters were hard at work applying first and second coats to finish the job. "Great! Over the years, we have used Dixon to paint at two houses we own, both for interior and exterior painting. For this work, we had to paint the interior of several rooms and walls and stain a deck at one house and paint the exterior of another house. Ian walked us through the work to be done and provided separate estimates as requested. He is very thorough and provided detailed information on the estimates so I could later red-line certain items that I decided to do later. At both houses the painters were always on time, kept the premises clean as they left each day, and overall did a great job. When they found some facia boards that rotted, but were hard to see from the ground, they called me to discuss replacing them and provided an estimate for the unexpected work. The manager, Mauricio, walked through both houses with me to make sure all details were completed to satisfaction. If there were places that needed to be addressed, they were all noted and fixed the first time. Then there was another walk around making sure everything was complete. Mauricio and team were very flexible with my schedule, even stopping for a few days while we were out of town, and then coming back to finish after making sure the schedule worked for me. The entire team were always polite and friendly. They work very hard too. One of the days was in the 40s and windy, and two of the guys were prepping the outside of the house from 8AM to 5:30, stopping only because the sun went down. I was very impressed."
