"The first time, Feb. 2016, we called All American we were very happy. They fixed our problem in a timely manner and were fairly easy to work with. However, when our problem came back 10 months later and we contacted them for assistance, they were immediately defensive, refusing any warranty, were late arriving, and hard to get on the phone. After coming by and trying to pump the tank in the dark when they couldn't inspect the system, we asked them to please come back the when there was enough light. They explained they could do that but it would cost us MORE than what we paid the first time. Then it was very difficult to get them to answer the phone to reschedule. UPDATE: 03/03/19 *** Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe *** Comment: My 49-year-old house was in dire need of a total replumbing and removal of the very old cast iron pipe that was draining very slow. Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job. "I had called a different company to come Saturday night when my I was running the washing machine, causing the bathtub to fill with dirty water and the toilet to overflow and flood the bedroom. That company never showed, even though I checked in repeatedly and they assured me they would be by shortly. I called Rob & Sons, among some other companies, on Sunday morning. They quickly returned my call (the only company to do so) and their first move was to call the city to check their line in case that was the problem, which could be fixed at no charge to me. It turned out the city line was clear, and Rob & Sons quickly came out to my house to check my line. They were responsive, polite and very reasonably priced — even on a Sunday morning. They quickly resolved my pipe issue and even helped clean up the overflowed water in the house. I would recommend Rob & Sons to anyone with plumbing needs and will never use any other plumbing company as long as I live in the area."

In addition, another leak issue at the garage was detected. They will come back and repair it later after the tenant clears the stuff at the garage for acccessibility. "If all of the sudden you find yourself with a new water feature in your front yard that you didn't have installed... chances are there's a break in your main water line leading into your home from the city hookup running under the street. <br /> We found ourselves with such a surprise. Water bubbling up through cracks in the driveway and sopping wet grass along the sides. <br /> Did some research online and via AngiesList and found PipeTechs. They apparently do all sorts of plumbing work, but they're specialists in finding and repairing leaks like this. <br /> Their tech, Andrew, was very competent and professional and, lucky us, was able to get out here the day that we called. He did a helium test which sends gas through the line from the meter to the house and a "sniffer" which detects where the gas is escaping. Lucky for us, the leak wasn't under the driveway but was under some plants near the house. (The water must have been leaking for a long time as the cracks where the water was coming up and the area of the lawn that was soggy was a good 15 to 20 feet away). <br /> The test was kind of expensive, but a helluva lot cheaper than having someone dig all over the place looking for the leak. Who'd have thought to begin looking so far away from the soggy area? I was sure it was under the driveway. <br /> Andrew found the area of the leak, dug up the plant, dug down to the main line, found the leak, repaired it and then... put all the dirt back and replanted the bed. Couldn't even tell he'd been there after he left. <br /> We're lucky the leak was under soil and not concrete. Like I said, I thought it was going to be under the driveway. Which, btw, is why I called PipeTechs. If it had been under the driveway, I think they'd have been able to run a completely new water line from the house to the street under the lawn instead of having to break up the concrete driveway (which would have been VERY expensive). Their website highlights their "trenchless" system. Thankfully, we didn't need them to do that... but that's actually the reason I made contact with them first. Prepare for the worst; be pleasantly surprised when it doesn't come to that :-) <br />"
