"First, I had to contact the vendor when they did not follow up to make an appointment. Once scheduled, the time was changed due to weather. We contracted for 4 hours of cleaning and I got 2 hours of 2 cleaners, concentration on 1 and 1/2 bathrooms and a small galley kitchen cleanup. One cleaner concentrated on the bathrooms and took two hours - very happy with the bathroom cleaning, left my bathrooms sparkling. The 2nd cleaner took the kitchen and literally cleaned the kitchen for 2 hours: slow and no real effort made. I had to watch this cleaner and I kept asking for what I would call routine cleaning. Wipe everything down, wash the floor, wipe refrigerator down, wipe stove and range down. Not a two hour job to this customer. I had to ask to please vacuum the living room space and wash the kitchen floor before leaving. The price was good for a sale price advertised, but I have hired more efficient house cleaning teams in the past."

They did an excellent job and got a few tough areas I had not been able to get completely clean. I clean very well, but didn't want to spend the time to do the whole house at this time. It was a bit pricey, but they did such an incredible job I cannot really complain about the cost."
