"Went great! Jonathan came out within 30 minutes of the call. He quickly reviewed the situation, diagnosed the problem and corrected it within about 10 minutes. Turns out, somehow the "lock/unlock" switch on top of the open/close key pad was in the "lock" position preventing the garage door from opening. No up-sell or unnecessary repairs. "James arrived about 20 minutes early on a Saturday morning. Less than 2 hours later he was done and I had a working door again. The opener had stripped gears and most of the springs were broke. In fact the door hadn't been opened more that a couple of times in the past few years. James did an excellent job, quickly, and although he suggested a new door, there was not the usual and quot;hard-selland quot; that I usually encounter. However, I did agree that we would be needing a new door in the near future and James stated that he would give us substantial discount when that time comes.
