I paid in full around July 8, 2025, with a contract promising completion by July 28. No one ever showed up until I contacted them. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. "Very unprofessional company. They charge me $40,000 for my payers which were very happy with. However, the on-site manager when job was done asked me if I wanted my pavers sealed to protect them. I asked him that's not included in the $40,000. He said no and he told me if I had told you that up front you wouldn't have bought the pavers. He wanted 5200 to seal the papers. I had a professional tile company which happens to be a very good friend of mine come out and seal them for $2,000. They look amazing. However, system papers now has voided my warranty because I had another professional company do what they should have done to begin with. Very bad experience overall with management I don't recommend I have found a company that does pavers same quality. Half the price. I had all my additional work done by this other guy. It matches. It looks exactly the same quality is 100% All I can say is buyer beware. Do not use system papers. They will rip you off also. I made a very clear to the on-site manager. I was unhappy. He said he would discuss with his bosses and get back to me. Nobody has ever called me back to try to make it right"

Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
