I had to call him after hiring him to thank him for being a human being. He sent a family member, Roni run the job. Sadly, everything Roni touched was not done correctly. They did ask for money up front. Unfortunately I gave it to them. They didn't complete the job and refused to reimburse me for the errors made. He came to the site and few times and made all kinds of empty promises. He collected $53,000 up front. James is dishonest, took money up front, didn't do the work correctly, and refused to reimburse me for what he didn't complete. Now I'm paying someone else to complete the job. Don't use this company"
