"Came to repair the GE fridge. After asking and receiving $1700 in cash, the fridge was cooler than before, but it continues to experience random fluctuations in temperature, alternating between warm and cold. There was no written receipt, nor a list of parts replaced, nor a warranty from the manufacturer. He said some switches were not installed and would install them later. He never showed up to replace the switches. A new trip/diagnosis would cost $85. Now everything melts."

"Fernando was very responsive - he returned my request very fast with a confirmed time to come to my house to repair ... both cold water and hot water under the kitchen sink were leaking. He showed up at my house at the exact time he said, and replaced both valves to stop the leakage. Excellent quality of work and professionalism. We hired him again second time to 1) install a new water heater tank and a new kitchen sink faucet, and 2) a full house plumbing inspection to ensure if any unseen leakage or issues ... we are very satisfied with his services."

An installer sent by the dealer failed at this task but they were careful and creative in finding solutions. We appreciated the attention to detail and their hard work - and the result was fabulous. "Though I am happy with the final result, I feel that TJ did a bit of a bait and switch. The person who showed up, Felipe, was from a different company. "TJ" quoted me $900 for the job and $300 to move washer and dryer to access the main valves. That's $1,200. In the end, washer and dryer were not moved. But I did ask them to replace a faucet cartridge in my bathtub, which they did. But before that, Felipe had managed to turn off the water to my unit without moving washer and dryer. He then had to cut into drywall to locate the outbound pipes, but made a mistake. The next cut he made found the water pipes but these were the wrong pipes. An emergency water shutoff to the building was required. In the end, the bill was for $1,800. They did not take credit card. No receipt was given to itemize work done. These guys, from Moor Plumbing Solutions, did work hard and got the job done but there was a serious lack of transparency from the very beginning, not to mention a near disaster."
