We clean filters every 6 months at $75 per clean. Salt cells are cleaned every 3 months at $40 ea clean. Black algae treatment is $175. 40lb of salt is $15 per bag. Conditioner added in April is $40. Automatic chlorine refill service at 25lb tubs is $175. We do a 12 point inspection each week.
