The pricing was competitive, the quality was top-notch, and now my garage looks like a professional auto body shop!!! He was also super knowledgeable and the materials and the prep and gave me suggestions on what type of material would work best in my application. Is a general contractor specializing in roofing and able & capable to determine structural roof damage and make appropriate repairs. Best cost estimate can't be determined until all shingles are removed but a better estimate might be more accurate with more of a detail observation. Such as cost of 3rd party workers to repair stucco. A better obsession of trusters &/or rafters can determine the stability of the overall roof. After competition other construction workers noted that shingles were strong and thick ready for rain, wind, & hail."
