"I had a great experience with Tito. My wife and I co-own a classic Spanish Colonial duplex with a close friend that we all live in. It was way overdue for a paint job and had lots of wood to repair. The entire job took about four weeks, with the painters working 6 days a week. Tito himself is easy to deal with and he tells it to you straight. He bids out the job and is responsive to questions and concerns throughout the process. We mostly would just text him when we had questions, and he was good at getting back to us. (And because there were three co-owners involved, it was a lot of back and forth for him to manage.) The two painters who were there for basically the entirety of the job, Roberto & Luis, were both *extremely* nice, showed up on time, worked very hard, and paid attention to detail. All other folks from Tito's crew who came were similarly pleasant and responsive. As an example of their attention to detail, our rain gutters were also replaced during the painting, and the gutter installers got greasy dirt on many of the downspouts. The gutter installer said he would clean them up when he came back to finish the job, but with zero prompting, the painters noticed the mess and cleaned it up themselves without even mentioning it to us. There were many similar details in such a complicated job, and the crew always came through without needing to hover over them and make sure things were right. Anything we weren't thrilled with they fixed until we were happy. They handled everything exactly how you'd hope a professional would. This even extended to our next-door neighbors, who were unhappy with something on a shared wall, and Roberto dealt with everything immediately and really impressed the neighbor (and she's a tough cookie). They did a lot of wood replacement, including a new front door upstairs. They worked hard to match stains and use the vintage hardware and wood accents from our old door on the replacement. It looks fantastic. It wasn't the cheap option, but we've gone down that road and learned the hard way you get what you pay for. Tito delivers."
