Moore recommended the replacement system that would be more durable and require lower maintenance over time, and wrote a detailed proposal with a floor plan documentation. The team- five technicians!- were properly suited with protective gear and followed COVID protocols at all times on our property, inside and out. They wore shoe protectors while inside, kept us fully appraised at every task (all interior registers replaced in 11 rooms), and were extremely respectful of our space, privacy, pets, and kept noise and speaking to low levels. (our extremely friendly indoor cat got lots of attention from the team!) The entire team was constantly in learning mode, with the senior technicians mentoring and teaching the younger team members, which greatly impressed me. We've owned this house for 20 years, had many repairs and replacements, and Moore has raised the bar so far for quality and value. While they were the middle bid in terms of overall cost, we believe we received higher value that even the highest bid.
