"The dispatcher told me that someone would be at my home between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM but since there were several trucks operating in my area the possibility was good that someone could be there earlier. They did offer a substantial discount for the job due to the lateness of the call and set up an appointment for the next morning at 8:00 AM. The technicians arrived at around 8:45 the next morning and did a wonderful job of completely clearing the drain in around an hour. They were especially good at explaining what they were doing as well as using gloves and shoe covers to protect floors and cabinets. So despite the scheduling snafus there was a good outcome."
