Building construction services, upon signed contract, include permitting and all trades, materials and disciplines to complete the work specified on the drawings. Billing for construction work follows typical draw schedule and initial deposit protocol.

A flat amount is based on project's specific needs, and is discussed prior to setting an appointment. All Minor Repair Work is provided on a Time+Material billing basis only (charged by the hour). Our average turn around on providing quotes is 1-2 weeks depending on size. We require preliminary drawings for structural modifications, prior to providing estimate.
