She managed her time well to finish the work in the time window she had estimated for us and stuck to the price estimate she had given us, even when she seemed to expand on the scope of the project and add more work for herself. She was very knowledgeable about our older house and because of that, there were few surprises when she started demo to begin with the tiling work.
