They are both very high quality professional craftsmen solving complex renovations using their successful solutions. Their finished work is outstanding. In addition to their great work ethic they make you feel like a partner from start to finish in each project. Our primary project was the repair and replacement of wood in a 38 year old large patio structure attached to our 38 year old home.This project required a change order for more wood. Also, both front and rear patios needed grouting placed around floor tiles which required a change order. A third change order was required to cover changes made to the homes interior new patio. These changes included new kitchen lighting, new faucet, drain repair and a new patio faucet. All of these change orders were made with discussion and quotes with Francesco. Thankfully, all of the work was completed with one contractor on time. "
