"I wanted to replace an old bathtub unit with a walk-in shower. Every bit of my experience with this company, from the saleswoman they sent to the installation itself, was excellent. The work was done in two days; at multiple points the installer would ask me to come in and look, so he could explain to me what he was doing. The workers were very efficient and polite in answering my questions, and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend this company -- I couldn't be happier with my new shower!"

"Profi did an excellent job on my bathroom tile shower and heated floor. I had a complex mosaic tile and it was installed flawlessly."

"We had a great experience working with Trident. From the initial meeting to discuss and plan our shower replacement, to the demo and installation day that took place well within the promised timeframe, all of the employees that we worked with were very professional. The customer service was outstanding and the project turned out absolutely great. Uwe and Devon were a pleasure to work with on the front end, and Jose did a phenomenal job on the installation. We are very happy we chose Trident for our project!"

"Mad City did a great job! We are very happy with our new kitchen countertop, bathtub and living room picture window."

"The entire remodel was a great experience. Our home is over 30 years old and when my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s the bathroom was no longer sufficient. The team came in and assessed my husband’s needs and tore out the old bathtub and put in a walk in shower. Raised the toilet and placed hand bars. They were in and out, the installers were respectful and clean."

"Excellent! Our house looks amazing and our entire experience was great. The salesman helped us determine the right product in a pressure free environment and the finished product looks amazing. The workers made sure every little detail was perfect and were very diligent in keeping a clean work area, which is important for a family with pets and young kids. Furthermore, when replacing the soffit under our entryway they added much needed insulation to make sure our daughter's room doesn't get too cold in the winter. The company was responsive to any questions we had and made this an amazing experience. We intend on having a few windows replaced in the near future and we can't think of a better family-owned company to give our business to."
