"Nick came to my house and had great suggestions for my shutters. When the time name for the installation, the shutters were misplaced for a couple of weeks and I kept calling to see where they were. They were finally located and installed. The was a chip on one shutter and I had to ask if that was going to be repaired before the installer left. He did fix the chip, but I feel he should have seen it and repaired it without my asking. Overall the products is nice and I would use them again."

"Peter came by and we discussed options with him and he showed up samples. We picked a honeycomb vertical shade that slides on a track. After they arrived he installed the blinds within an hour and they looked great. I will use Peter again when we replace of the existing horizontal blinds. He was a great salesman and installer, a one man operation."
