When it was time to re-roof, I came across Clear View. Communication was excellent. There was not a single time someone didnt answer my call or call me back ASAP to answer any questions I may have had. Their price was right in line with the other estimates I had received, so it really came down to who can provide me with the most trustworthy work. Lifetime Roofing was not only the lowest cost bid but one of the most professional. They showed up on time, walked me through the actual roofing process, explained the pricing breakdown, and are fully insured for every conceivable incident. It took about a month to start the work and the job itself took one week. The crew did a great job cleaning my home and the sounding area after each day."

"Pete (the owner) and his roofing crew (Genaro, Alberto, Pedro) were great! Pete replied promptly to my initial inquiry and came out right away to look at the roof. Following that, it took somewhat longer than I had hoped to get an initial bid and to actually start the job, but his bid turned out to be lower than the others, and I could see that the delay was for the right reason -- Pete always prioritizes the roof he's already working on to make sure it's done well and as quickly as possible, so a house doesn't stay unprotected for longer than necessary. Once they finally finished earlier projects and started working on our roof, they were 100% on task from start to finish. They are a small company and ours was a complex, 4000+ square foot roof that required ordering special materials along the way, so it took about a month to complete the job with 3 guys working 40 hours per week. However, I really appreciated the way they always started promptly on time each day and worked closely with my wife and I throughout the entire process to make sure work was being done exactly as we (and the City's historic rules) needed it done. Pete and his crew were friendly and very accommodating of special requests related to the historic peculiarities of our house, skylights, neighbor's concerns about parking, etc. Many parts of the roof required creative, on-the-fly problem solving, due to the non-standard construction of our 1800's house. Genaro, especially, was great at innovative problem solving and did beautiful work, but everyone on the team was super dedicated, hard working, and skilled. We have already had one heavy downpour since the new roof went on, and not a single drop got through! I can confidently recommend Positive Results Roofing if you are looking for a small, personable company that is licensed and bonded and does quality roof replacements or repairs for a reasonable price."

"Diamond Ridge did a spectacular job! They took off my severely damaged synthetic slate roof, repaired all of the rotting plywood, added another layer of plywood on top (I wanted to stiffen my roof because we live less than a mile from a major fault line), removed and reinstalled my 33 solar panels, and were the lowest of four bids. They were incredibly easy to deal with and super responsive to my concerns. They even covered my pool with plastic to keep any demolition of the slate roof from falling into the water. I can't say enough about the quality of their work!"
