"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"This house is tenant occupied so I am relying on the tenant's report but the tenant is satisfied with the outcome. Apparently the wiring was disconnected to the two spotlights and the wiring to the switch by the bed is really screwed up. So, they did the best job they could without opening up sheetrock which would have been another contractor and more delays and inconveniences to my tenants. When K&I originally came for the bid, they  even repaired a small electrical problem for no charge. They were very easy to work with and very patient with tenant scheduling problems. I would use them again.
