They all did excellent work and we're very happy with the new showers and baths. We've had some bad experiences with other contractors recently, so it was very refreshing to have such a smooth and high quality experience. "We were pleased with the work that was done. It took longer than expected due to a home depot trip but we were initially pleased with service. We had them fix a running toilet (one of many things) and was told that it should stop, and that we would not need to replace toilet. The toilet kept running, and is still running. My husband made attempts to contact them and at the end of day there was no follow through on their end. We also wanted to do some other jobs that we talked to them about but because there was no follow through, that didn't happen either. Follow through is important to us so I would rank them lower, but this is about what we have experienced since moving to the Bay Area. Thus, I would say our experience was average. There is not a maybe option on using them again so I said, "yes."  I believe the quality of work is good but we are dissatisfied with the constant communication  needed on our end to conduct and complete business.

"Eitan just recently remodeled our master bathroom.. a complete rip out of old materials and created a beautiful modern paradise! Eitan was friendly and professional (and safe which is important during the pandemic) and completely responsive to our ongoing requests and communication. We had a group text going with my husband and he always got back to our questions within a few minutes! My husband had a very specific and complicated shower configuration that he wanted and eitan was able to make that happen. We had some hiccups along the way, but eitan worked with us best that he could to quickly resolve the issues and was understanding to all our special accommodations during the pandemic (I am pregnant and therefore high risk). His foreman (Jesus) was excellent...Very willing to work within timing that we preffered and was also very respectful of our accomodations. Midway through the project we also added a few minor remodels to our kids bathroom which didn't seem to add too much time to our finished timeline so that was impressive and great. We will definitely work with eitan in the future, we have several other projects in mind and we know we will be taken care of! We love our new bathroom!!!"

"Ismael contacted me first out of other 5 pro I initiated through Angi, just minutes after. I chatted back and forth with him few times while collecting offers from all the others. In the end I decided to proceed with his business Chandler's Plumbing and set up and appointment for install today at 3pm. Josh showed up at my door 3:20pm and they replaced old 19y old leaking tank with new Rheem and were done by 4:05pm. That's 45min for entire operation! I'm happy with this experience and took few pics."

"Ovation did a great job installing a new tiled shower in our basement bathroom. They were easy to work with on design and executed exactly what I wanted for a competitive price. However, the project took 2x the estimated time they rarely proactively communicated about timelines or who would be on the job site doing what when."

"Leo, Guillermo, and their crew did a great job. There were some unexpected discoveries once the demo started, but they handled it well and made sure to explain every step of the process. The cost went up a bit, but it did not feel excessive. We received estimates from a couple other places and Skytech Builders felt the most fair and reasonable for the work needed (a small bathroom remodel). I appreciated Leo's responsiveness to all communication. The actual work appears to be done well and I feel confident in the final product. Both Leo and Guillermo always made sure to explain everything thoroughly and walk me through the process. We only have one bathroom in our house and Leo worked with us to ensure that we wouldn't be without a toilet at any point. They also worked with us on making the shower more accessible due to some health concerns for our family member. Overall, I am very happy with the work and will definitely recommend them to others."
