"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

"Bradley's was extremely responsive, diligent, and thorough from the initial call to request a quote to the very end once the project was complete. We needed an entire roof and gutter/downspout replacement on our house. We have three levels of roof and needed to add/replace the gutters and downspouts currently on the house. There were multiple leaks detected in early winter and became progressively worse through spring. We contacted Bradley's around March and received a quote within a few weeks. My initial call was returned the same day and they came to the house to evaluate the roof a few days later. They came on a Saturday which was extremely helpful for us. We were put on their project list for late May. We contacted Bradley's because our leak was getting progressively and were able to be moved up on the project list due to a cancellation. The entire crew was polite and thorough. The yard was clean every night when we came home from work and you couldn't even tell they'd been there once the project was over.
