"Three years ago, Jimmy did a a new entrance box at my former location. After I moved, I hired him to do a serious panel upgrade and replaced electrical wiring in the basement of my house that was built in 1938. I trusted him 100%. His explanation of what needed done, and was done on time, was a plus to his integrity and professionalism."

"Fantastic experience with this company. Travis was punctual and very understanding of the situation and provided a prompt timeline that addressed all issues quickly. On work day, Nick and Lucas came and were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done as needed and tackled the problem separately for two different panel installs. "It went smoothly from the beginning. Unlike a typical bathroom fan/light combination I wanted the two functions separated and positioned in different spots. The original way I planned the installation would not work due to some ceiling joist positioning; Eric suggested an alternate way that was both functional and aesthetic. In addition I needed a GFI outlet repositioned due to a planned larger medicine cabinet. Eric repostioned the outlet working in rerouting the wiring from the attic. Eric and his crew kept me informed all the time they were working and cleaned up after themselves when done. I would highly recommend Master's Electric."

"In the end, I'm very pleased with my bathroom. It looks great and I feel that I received good value for my money. Which is why I'd recommend and hire again. However -- I have seen houses go up faster than my little bathroom updates were completed. First the estimate -- Bob came out right away and promised me an estimate that night or the next morning, but it was several days later that I received a not-very-professional estimate (I'm used to line items in an estimate so I know what the costs are... and I should have insisted on a time frame for completion). Next the glass (3 weeks became more like 6 due to issues with the first vendor and other unknown reasons. My guess is that the owner is not as organized as he could be and things fall through the cracks and were forgotten for a few days or more). That being said -- he was EXTREMELY responsive... no text or call went more than five minutes without being returned. He also was certain to make sure I was happy, replacing a few tiles I thought might be cracked and in general wanting to have a satisfied customer which I am. Steve -- who did the work -- was very friendly, punctual, and professional. Finally, I think his price was very fair and my bathroom went from looking like an afterthought to a showpiece. If time is not an issue, I'd hire Avalon again. If it is, I still might hire them -- but I'd get them to commit to a timeline and stick to it."
