"Excellent customer service. Responsive, friendly, respectful. They are not the lowest priced solution or the highest. You get what you pay for. The contract is clear and there are no surprises. The company lays it out for you to easily understand. They were timely in the delivery of the dumpsters and called 30 minutes prior to delivery just like they promised. I had no need to call with additional questions but appreciated knowing that they could be easily reached if necessary. "He arrived promptly and was very professional. Jim will come and look over what you need hauled, he will give you a fair price, and then if you agree, he will get right to work. He has no problem jumping in and working hard. Jim cleaned out a rental house that just had too much stuff left in it for me. When I looked in the house I felt overwhelmed, but Jim never lost his good mood, he just worked away. He is also very conscientious of your house and your neighbors.
