"Daniel the salesman was professional and courteous. He gave a projected timeframe for our fence installation but that it could change due to weather and material. My main complaint was with the office. They were with terrible in communicating any delays to us. The saving grace was the installation team (Ryan and crew - 5 stars) their work was top notch. We have small dogs, and they took the time to make sure there were no opening's that our dogs could get out. They were able to start and finish up the same day. Our fence looks awesome and have gotten compliments from several of our neighbors. Great job......."

"This job was fret with issues that the team overcame again and again. First, it turns out that the old fence was actually on the neighbor's property. The survey was very misleading and while it indicated the fence was on the property line, it wasn't. They measured again and again to make sure that the new fence would be on my property. The second issue that came up is that there were irrigation and water lines underground where posts needed to be placed for the new fence. The crew was very patient and allowed us the time we needed to evaluate the issue and solve the issues. The final challenge was that our neighbor has an unfriendly dog. They worked with myself and my neighbor to allow the dog out for bathroom breaks while maintaining the security of the fence line to contain the dog. This was not an easy job. My home is on an extreme hill and it very challenging to just walk from one end to the other much less install a fence with even pickets. They did an awesome job. We couldn't be happier."

"Durham & Sons put in my last HVAC system over 12 ears ago and I've had a service contract with them. Recently a $2000 part went and I verified that replacing it was not a good investment given the system's age. They took the time to explain options in detail. As luck would have it, the pandemic and factory issues made finding the desired replacement units a real challenge. But these guys really stepped up to the challenge. Besides temporarily installing 4 window units to hold us over, they were creative and persistent and found what was needed. Their crew did impeccable work taking out the old system and replacing it, really going above & beyond. This is a family owned company with high standards and they can be trusted to steer you right and be 100% professional."

"I've used this company several times over the last 3 years.  They do beautiful work and are extremely nice.  They also have lots of good design ideas.  However, they are very very slow.  I waited months for product and when I (frequently) called they either didn't return my calls or wouldn't confirm a delivery date.  I had to go to their office to get a real answer on 2 seperate occasions.  <br /> <br /> If you use them-discuss the time frame and hold them to it.  Also, be there when they install-there was lack of communication between the ordering and the installation on 2 parts of the job.  The wooden fence would have been put in the wrong place if I hadn't been there to correct them and the metal fence would have been installed incorrectly as well."

"They responded very quickly. The job was done in a timely fashion despite the backup from the hurricane. The installers were professional and friendly. They consulted us often about how we wanted things done, plants that needed cutting back etc. The fence looks beautiful and we love the new gates, we added a large gate so that the large ride on lawn mower will fit. Excellent quality and fair price. Also they back up their product, told us to call if we had any concerns in the future. Great job done by a very Professional company!"

"Matt's response was swift. He came and assessed the work that needed to be done and gave what we found to be a fair estimate. Shortly after returning to his office he called back to inform us that he would lower the price because he found that he had a dumpster available for the rubble. As it was a relatively small project he brought an additional worker. Before starting the demolition they searched along the perimeter of the concrete for the presence of lines or pipes. After ascertaining that it was clear they proceeded to cut the concrete into smaller blocks in a professional and efficient manner. No cracks were created in the concrete that remained . They cleared the area of all debris and left it looking nice and clean. They even graciously consented to remove some broken stepping stones that were in the backyard. We were very impressed with their workmanship and the cleanly cut edges of the concrete. Now the landscaper can proceed to putting in sod as there was no appreciable delay because of the quick response. We will have a backyard to be proud of."
