"Nathan surveyed the 3/4 of the St. Augustine grass lawn needing replacement. His excellent, well-trained, happy (!) crew were very pleasant. They killed the old lawn and cut it down to dirt. After a week, they returned to kill off any remaining Bermuda grass shoots. After the sod was delivered (9 pallets), they spent one day installing it, including careful trimming of pieces to make a perfect fit at boundaries with grass that was left in place. The result was remarkably flat and did not look like a sod replacement but a normal lawn!  My sprinkler guy, whowas in the sod business for decades, said it was the best job he had ever seen. I got good advice about the watering regimen to keep the grass going but avoid fungus.

The monthly lawn service estimate was VERY reasonable. I hired him right away. The company I had used for 6 years before Bryan’s had become sloppy and my yard was in pretty bad shape, so for the first week’s service, I asked Bryan to bring my home’s landscape up to speed. Wow, Bryan’s team did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning up, trimming and making sure the landscape looked great again. They went above and beyond what I had hoped for. "I called the President of Supreme Lawn Care (Richard Wells) about a month ago to go over the landscape job described herein.  He asked me if there would be any issues with the HOA that governs my area and based on what I had heard 2nd hand up to that point, I told him everything would be fine.  Well, I happened upon a neighbor the day before my landscape job was to start and he suggested I check the HOA rules before going forward with the work.  So, I went home and researched the HOA's website, something I should have done before signing the contract with Rich, and was shocked to learn that even basic landscaping jobs needed to be approved by some committee within the HOA.  Needless to say this could have been a big problem for Rich since he had already hired on a few more people to help with this particular job.  Well, I was pleasantly surprised that Rich didn't blow his top when I called him the night before the work was to begin to tell him that it would be another 3-4 weeks before I could submit a proposal and get approval for the job.  Not only that, he assisted me in getting the proposal together and just applied the $1000 deposit I had given him toward the future job.  If you take a moment to consider the lost wages for jobs him and his workers could have taken on for those two days it was really quite amazing that he was so willing to help me work through the mess I had created.  Anyway, that's the real story as far as I'm concerned.  The ratings I gave him and his crew tell the rest.  They did a terrific job with all the items described above and when the job took a few more hours than planned he was willing to let it slide without any additional costs.  A truly professional job!"
