"Allen came to our house to review our project. We thought our project was going to be fairly simple and replace some grout and caulk. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. If I ever get the chance to use Allen as a contractor, I will definitely be calling him!"

     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.

"We got a bid for two coats of very high quality paint and prep work. Everything was to be completed in about four days but we went through a two week period of rainy days so it did take longer. The good was that we had some bare wood that the crew would not paint until dry even though it was not convenient to them. We got a very competitive bid with a higher quality of paint and very good carpentry/repair work and we got everything bid. I would highly recommend Leon's Painting & Remodeling."
