Richard was punctual for my appointment and took the time to explain all the details of the Ecolite system which is what I decided to have installed. Since the system includes a rechargeable collar, I have the advantage of never having to purchase batteries. We agreed on an installation date and he installed the system and put flags in the ground in about three hours, then worked with me to begin training my dog. When I found an area in my backyard where the fence wire appeared to be dug out by an animal, Richard came back and reburied the wire deeper to mitigate the problem. My labradoodle immediately learned his boundaries and now I can let him run around in the yard without the worry of him running away. I’m very happy with my dog containment system and I would recommend Richard and Donna to anyone who is considering an invisible pet fence in the future."
