He did mention that the companies in general hire out the drain inspection as they do not have on staff such personnel. I was given a rough quote as FYI. After getting information I contacted the company that I have warranty with, and it was determined I did not need the service. The company with warranty had me take pictures and will get back with me after reviewing them. Gave information to the friend who suggested a camera system and he mentioned a good tool to get for my own peace of mind to check out the system and can be used for looking at other enclosures."

They came out within 2 hours and gave a proper diagnosis. I argued with the home warranty company over the secondary diagnosis. I accepted a cash in lieu after escalating with the home warranty company. Scheduled the repair with Mr. Rooter and they came in 2 days and installed the new sump pump. They are quick, efficient and friendly! 10/10 recommend!"
