Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. "I had two old sliding glass doors where the wood around the glass was rotting. The needed to be replaced. I went to the Germantown Home Show and got three companies to come out and do an estimate. Presidential was easily the best choice of the three. The doors got ordered and a month or so later they arrived and were installed the next day. The crew from Presidential was professional and courteous. The door installation went quick and they cleaned up like they weren't even there. I am very pleased with my new doors."

"My B rating was due to a miscommunication regarding the day the work would take place. I mailed my down payment in and next thing the supplies were delivered so i had to call to confirm the day of installation. Only other thing is I would suggest they sweep area with a magnet. Although they did a good clean up job I did have to pick up a lot of nails and a bush was damaged but should be okay. I did expect some minor damage to flower beds since i have several against the house."

He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted.
