"Truly do not have enough awesome things to say about Sky and SNC Construction! We gave them a call after seeing other great reviews and being in desperate need of a handyman. Sky came over within a couple of days, gave us some rough quotes, and started working on our projects just a week later. We had him help with a bunch of random stuff around the house: installing a dog door in our storm door, installing two ceiling fans, cutting/replacing/painting wood trim, hooking up our dryer, and even fixing and setting up an old rusted bird feeder. "I had an old water heater (was in the house when I moved in about 20 years ago) and it started to leak. After shutting off the water to the water heater, I did a little Angie's List research to find a company to do the replacement. I called a couple and decided to use Randy Lane, based on cost and my interaction with them, which I felt was cordial and helpful, and made an appointment.
The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out. The new heater was brought in and he did the needed plumbing work to connect the water and also made the natural gas connections. He fired up the unit and briefed me on the new unit - how to turn-off the water and gas, if needed, temperature, etc.
The area was left in the same condition as when he arrived.
