"Rick's Roofing & Siding reroofed and resided our home after damage from a hailstorm. They had previously reroofed our home about 15 years earlier and had done excellent work, so we contacted them for this project. Again, they did excellent work. Literally more than a dozen neighbors have told us how good our home looks. One even said it was stunning. Every person that we worked with from Rick's, their rep, construction crew, inspector, and office personnel were very good to work with and did their jobs well. An example, our neighborhood had many homes damaged by the hailstorm. Talking with our rep from Rick's on a sunny day outside our home, he told me that they only use the same lot of shingles when they roof. He said others will just take what they can get in situations like this where many homes are damaged and the demand for the shingles is high. He pointed out a house across the street from us and said that their roofer had mixed lots. I couldn't see what he saw, he told me over time it would show. All it took was for it to show was for it to rain, when the neighbor's roof is wet, I can see the distinct line patterns on their roof where the shingles are different. I waited for some time to pass before I wrote a review to see if any issues would show; everything looks great, and we've experienced no issues."

"The scheduling and installation went as expected.  Windshield used was better than OEM quality.  Windshield didn't seal on passenger upper corner and leaked into headliner after going through car wash.  Greg attempted mitigation of leak which failed.  Greg agreed to remove, reuse and replace the same windshield no charge in accordance with his warranty.  A lack of Greg's responsiveness resulted in getting the windshield replaced again by a Ford dealership which cost around $500.  Greg reimbursed me for a little more than half the original $300 cost of the windshield as a good faith gesture.  Based on my experience, I would recommend Greg for any vehicle EXCEPT a Ford Edge.

"I had my original wood sided home exterior repainted by Eric and one of his employees. They went above and beyond on prep work, even sanding the old paint with a filtered sander so the new paint would stick better. They did a thorough job scraping and priming by the look of it too. Paint looks great and they did a great job not making a mess and keeping the paint just where it was supposed to be. Communication was great, much better than the others I quoted, and his price was within 5% or so of the other 2 companies. Between the great job he did and his life of the paint warranty I am pretty confident that his work will hold up a long time. I would hire Eric again."

"Pleasant voice when I called about leaking shower door; helpful discussion of whether I needed a service call at my home or whether I could do it myself. I decided I needed a service call. Staff made 2 visits: first one assessed what needed to be done and  got door adjusted. Second visit 4 days later repaired the fixed panel of glass. All workers were friendly and professional. Results are good: no leaking and both glass panels line up properly.
