The annual contract includes startup in the spring and shutdown in the fall, priority service and a 15% discount on materials and labor for any problems the rest of the year, and a guarantee covering damage from freezing over the winter. They can also do the state's backflow preventer inspection, but I haven't needed that yet. Dale and his crew do a good job. Most years, the work I need is minor and is just done as part of startup or shutdown, like re-burying a short section of line or something. Last spring, one of the sprinkler heads was not working. Dale replaced it on the spot and billed me a reasonable price for the parts. Definitely recommended."

We followed Warren's suggestions and everything was fine. (I understand that others did not and suffered frozen lines.)
