"The owner was pleasant and friendly. However, there was a delay with their coming out on the day originally scheduled (Saturday). He called to inform me on the morning of the scheduled service appointment that they had another emergency job to complete and would try to be at my place in 2 hours. After 2 hours he called to reschedule for Monday afternoon. They still showed up an hour late that Monday. A job that was estimated to take 2 hours ended up taking 4 hours over a two-day period. I ended up having to pay twice the amount I was expecting to pay."

"The good: Came when promised; properly diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. Really good. The not so good: Removed main water valve cover & didn’t replace it properly, requested pymt without offering a written invoice (I paid on the spot but asked for invoice. It was promised by email but has not yet been received), $220 price for 30 minutes of labor felt aggressive, as valves themselves are inexpensive. They deserve credit for diagnosing it right the first time, for fixing it, and for doing it as scheduled. I’d consider using them again but I’d get a quote before engaging. I, and some neighbors, have used these guys before and we were all very pleased...but their pricing strategy may have changed since then."
