"MCM came in when a previous installer was not able to start the work in the promised time. The project took longer than expected, but not entirely their fault. The old wood in one room was installed with the wrong adhesive and was a mess to remove. The finished work is outstanding. And they went "above and beyond the call of duty" in offering to clean my roof and fix wood rot caused by water seepage at no extra cost. They are at the top of my list for the next home repair job. "Called to have two bedrooms, master bath and wood & steel pergola painted. Original scheduled start date was to be two-three week from call. Chris called the next day and was able to start within the week due to a cancellation or delay in another job. I have him the paint samples and he handled the rest. He and his crew arrived in time, stayed later to complete the job and came back to check on the pergola to touch up for any spots that had leached through (pressure treated wood). It was nice to have someone take pride in their work, down to the small details."
