"Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday.  It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves).  He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it.  I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs.  Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had.  
I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.  Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced.  The neighbors half was also on the market.  Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs.  I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings.
The repairs were completed a few days later.  PSR made the extremely inconvenient and untimely situation as painless as possible.

"They are WONDERFUL. From start to finish, Zach and his guys were wonderful. We signed the contract in late fall of 2017. They came out this week and were finished in a day in a half. We have a large roof with high peaks, several valleys, and two places it's very steep. They had a huge crew, each doing something different. They worked well together and worked efficiently. I'm not kidding when I say, our yard is cleaner now than when they started and the roof looks WONDERFUL. I cannot tell you how happy Brad and I are. "It's like a family business-- I've never had anyone that provided such good services. I had leaks coming into my bedroom from the attack due to bad winds blowing off shingles. Even though they were pretty busy business wise, they were able to sneak me in and get the job done before there was more bad weather. They kept in fantastic communication and even sent me cookies! I feel completely comfortable asking questions and speaking with their crew. They cleaned up the area when they were finished and it looked better than when they started! Since my husband and I can't get to the roof, the crew took pictures of the job when it was finished and transferred them to my phone so we could be confident that they did what they said they would. I let them put out one of their signs in my yard for a month, even though I'd leave it out longer if they wanted. Spectacular service!"

I met with a few different roofing contractors and when I met Mark, I felt comfortable with having him and his team do the job. He offered great ideas and helped us decide on the new shingle color and style, and was always available to answer questions. His team was polite and of course really skilled, you could tell that they could do this stuff with their eyes closed haha.
