He showed me what he was doing each step of the way and explained why he was doing it. Very professional job. He cleaned everything up when he was finished and hauled away the old water heater. It's refreshing to have such professional, caring contractors do the work because they genuinely care and want to do a good job. "I had a clog in my main sewer line. The water in the toilet in my master bathroom wouldn't go down. I also had water and sewage that came up from my shower drain in my guest bathroom. I called Drain Surgeon around 8:30 AM. They were already booked today so we made an appointment for tomorrow morning. They called me around 1:00 PM and said they could be at my house in 30 minutes! I was ecstatic that they could be here today. The two guys were very efficient and figured out where to look for the clog pretty quickly. They were able to open up the clog (it was a lot of hair). They made sure that the toilets were flushing ok, and we also tried running the sink water and the shower. They were so very efficient! They were also very neat and tidy. The only things I had to clean up was from the initial mess before I called them, and I also had to move my boxes back in the basement (ha ha; I have way too much junk downstairs). I would highly recommend Drain Surgeon! A+++"

He came out said it wasn't the problem the other plumber said. He said he would replace the toilet. He did not put in the request, did not contact me, did not contact me when I repeatedly reached out to resolve the issue. After contacting AHS several times, he told them to close the assignment. Nothing was wrong. He kept my service fee and I still have toilet issues. Do not use Randall and sons."
