"They installed the tile on the floor and supposed to come back to wipe the haze off and then seal. When we called to see when he will come back, he said on Monday at 10:30am. I waited home all day and he never showed or called. When I called him he said he forgot he was off Monday, he meant Tuesday. However, he never showed up on Tuesday, came on Friday. After wiping down we said the grout looks messy and the color is off, there were some skinny lines and some thick and not straight, he said you can wipe it with a wet towel and it will come off. We said can you come here and do it...why should we have to scrub the floor since we paid to get it done. We felt there was alot of bullcrap words....the job was not left nice, clean, professional the way we thought it would be. It took 1-1/2 months for him to offer a regrout and never apologized for the crappy job they did to begin with. We have used him about 5 years ago and he did do a great job, but I dont know what happened to his professionalism and honesty and detail to his work. Losing trust in him, my husband and I thought we would take the challenge to do the grout ourselves and glad we did. <br /> <br />Its ashame he didnt do a great job since we had so many other jobs for him to do. Fence and Decks

"They did a good job. They presented themselves as someone who is experienced in doing log homes which was important to me. I had some damage to the logs done by wood peckers that I had to have repaired. He suggested a substance called Sikaflex instead and he supplied that which I was pleased about. We talked about what kind of stain to use and he did have a recommendation but as we went around the house, it had just rained and he saw that the water was still beating up on the logs and he said "well maybe we ought to go with what the kind that you had" and I was happy to do that so I supplied all the stains. He was willing to make adjustments. We found for instance that the side of the house that takes the morning sun was drinking up the stain, it just needed more on there. So he gave me a very fair price to do a second coat. We talked about the other side of the house too where it gets the afternoon sun. He said "I will do it for $250 extra for each side" but he only ended up charging me $250 for both, so I that was very nice. I went with David because he was the only one that specifically advertised himself as a log home specialist. We were a little frustrated with the schedule. He is located in Newville, Pennsylvania which is probably a good half an hour away and he was trying to juggle this and some other jobs and trying to find the best time to do them and the rain just was not cooperating."

"I am VERY glad that I found this power washing company! Unlike most pressure washing “companies”, this is a highly professional operation with truck-mounted mobile equipment — not a guy who shows up in a pickup with a pressure washer he just bought at Lowe’s. When I contacted them, a representative arrived the next day to do a free estimate, which was quite reasonable. (The woman in the office was great - fast scheduling, email reminders of the appointment, photos and background checks of the employees who would be arriving). The two men who did the pressure washing arrived a few minutes BEFORE the scheduled time and were very polite and professional. They even offered to move some furniture back on the deck when they were done! And, most importantly, despite a heavy layer of pollen and all the dirt from the winter, my composite deck looks like new! I HIGHLY recommend this company!"
