So knowledgeable, professional, fantastic communication, they work together like a well oiled machine! They cared about and were very successful at protecting my hard wood floors, my granite counter tops, etc. The communication is top notch along with the amazingly awesome work. We plan to have them back at least once a year and possibly more often. Kyle was able to address some issues we did not even know we had and to recommend the appropriate way to correct those issues. All of the men in this team were polite, professional and great at their individual jobs. We are more than pleased. "From start to finish, SI Restoration was professional and timely. They were such a gem to work with during a very tough time. Our home suffered water damage from a water leak in the kitchen to the basement. The team sent to my home (same day) was courteous, knowledgeable, and set up the drying equipment. They explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. They came back every day to monitor the moisture levels and made adjustments as necessary. I would highly recommend this company."

"We moved out of our house and we were trying to sell it. So the house was completely empty. We had already had it cleaned. We were thinking if they could do the fridge and cabinets and all the stuff that when people come and look at a house to buy, it would be nice if that was all clean. Because it said "custom" that's what we were thinking. But then when they got here, they said, "Oh no, it's just a regular cleaning," which had already been done. So, it didn't work out that well for us. They did clean the fridge and they said that that was normally extra but they would do that for us. There was no additional cost. Their cleaning was okay."

"They will do special requests for a fee so just ask. I've had them clean my lights in the hallway. The first cleaning is a very deep cleaning and covers all things like that but cost a little more.

They have been very flexible with me regarding my days and time although I am sure this can change. I am not a morning person and they've been accommodating.

I find them to be sweet and personable. But not overly. My son has practiced his Spanish with Lorena and they've been working with me for so long I feel like they become a distant cousin!"
