"I had 3 contractors give me estimates and Joe's was the lowest and most thorough. I was nervous taking the lowest bid, but I knew exactly what was being replaced and how much he was charging. When I got the bill, it was for exactly the same amount as our agreement. They got it done in 1 day, where the next contractor said it would take 2-3 days. Joe's crew said they would arrive between 7:30am - 8:00am and got there at 7:32am and were up on the roof just a few minutes later attaching the tarps and pulling off the shingles. They didn't stop until 6 pm when the last nail and scrap of roofing felt was picked up. I couldn't be more impressed. I did that roof 30 years ago, and watching them do it for me was a great experience. The roof looks great and I am sure that I went with the best."

Roof installed in one day. Prior to my new roof being installed I had leaks caused by my solar panels. Corey was my initial contact; Michael was the job-site supervisor. They really listened while I expressed my concerns about the solar company ( which caused the leaks in my roof initially) again not sealing my roof adequately. Corey, who was aware of this through his initial inspection and showed us the pictures he took which detail this, offered and did, indeed, return after the solar panels were reinstalled on the new roof. Trust this company; when their job is over they are still willing to be available for whatever is needed."

"From initial review for estimate, Adam was superb in educating me and answering all of my questions. More importantly, treated me with utmost respect as a woman engaging this project. I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property. To sum up, they made my house happy again and me as well! Certainly added to my appraisal value! Love the professional and pride in end work product. Support veteran business! "ETC Home Improvement did a beautiful job remodeling our main floor full bathroom. Eddy and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They ripped out our original outdated bathroom, including a one-piece shower/tub unit and replaced it with a beautiful tiled shower complete with a frameless glass door. The tile guys were the hardest working crew I have ever seen. They were meticulous, patient, and truly dedicated to their craft. They did such a stunning job and were also very courteous when in our home. Eddy and his crew were also very clean. They were constantly picking up and cleaning up any debris, materials or dust as they worked. We appreciated this because we have three small children and we did not have to worry about them getting into anything.  Overall we were extremely happy with final finished bathroom. Not only is Eddy honest, hard working and polite but his entire crew is as well. We were very comfortable with everyone on his team and the work that they did.
We absolutely plan on using ETC Home Improvement again.
