"Santo has now completed the replacement of all doors in our home. Which looks so beautiful and makes our home more up to date and provides such a clean look. Santo installed a new hard wood floor in our entire main floor level. He went to the flooring store to help us pick out the flooring and he was able to advise the flooring rep of exactly what flooring and materials were needed to complete the job. He built valances for our kitchen windows, patio door, and hung the new blinds for us which look fabulous. In addition to providing more storage space for us, he built a coat rack and shelf for my husband's hats in our basement. Saved us space and it looks great as well as being very functional. He built a covering made of wood and placed it around the base of our fireplace to hide speaker wires and it is simply beautiful. Santo is excellent in all that he does and is an expert woodsmen. He is very flexible and will work with your schedule. I HIGHLY recommend him for whatever your home repair needs are. Our friends and family are always complimenting the transformation he made to our home."

Jeff did everything we asked for, his crew and specialists were polite, did quality work efficiently, & cleaned up nicely. Would definitely recommend JSD for remodeling / addition projects, price was competitive to the average we got from other contractors (not on the cheap end but you get what you pay for). "We live in a prewar coop building in Manhattan and were in need of a kitchen, living and dining room/den renovation. Because of the limitations in our building, we were not optimistic that many changes could be made that would dramatically alter the feel/function of the space. Inson Wood proved us completely wrong. With his architectural eye and his impeccable design aesthetic we (and everyone who has been here before and after) experiences our apartment as an entirely different living space. Even family members are shocked at the transformation. I think that what Inson accomplished was the product of a few significant factors. First, Inson asks you what you want and seriously considers how you live. If Inson thinks that different approaches should be considered for what you want, he provides renderings of each option so that you can easily visualize and imagine them. Ultimately, Inson respects your preferences and works with them, elevating them to a level far above what you had imagined. Inson uses the highest quality vendors (whom we NEVER would have found) and expertly guides you through choices (note: follow his recommendations!!!)- our walls would never have had dimension and our kitchen backsplash never have been so unique (two examples) if not for the artisans that Inson uses. Inson is also willing to have you be as much or as little involved in the process as you want to be. I did go with Inson to choose many pieces of furniture but realized after a certain point that his taste point made me confident in him choosing much finishing work (ex: window treatments, decorative cushions, which I love) without me. As with all design work, there are always glitches and Inson was extremely responsive and responsible for taking care of those as they came up. We are nothing less than thrilled to come home each evening and enjoy our space, which feels like a luxurious retreat perfectly tailored to us."
