"I hired them to replace my Vinyl siding and roofing early this year As I had leak coming in thru one of my windows. While doing the job they drilled nails into my pipes and caused all the flooding in the basement. After they did the job in Summer I saw that leak appear again, I sent these guys the pictures of the leak and asked them to check it out. They never came, and I am still trying to get them to check it. It has been over six month and today the leak again appeared. Carlos, I never asked you to replace my window for free, I asked you to come and replace the window , you even gave me the price for the window, which I said yes too. You told me will come in summer and test the sidings for leak but you never turned up. You were shown the problem before you started the job and it was your job to fix it and in spite of calling you repeatedly and sending you messages you never responded.Till date, you have never came. Update 12/26/19 Carlos came in with a new window and removed the old window. We found wetness on the window ledge and hopefully the new window will fix the leak. 2/10/20 The Leak has not occured so far again. I am very happy ."

"Gary is incredible - very detail oriented, careful, and really listens to the customer to be sure that the work is done well and within budget. The issue I called him for was a few pieces of siding on our house were bowing outward. We got two other estimates - one very low and the other using scare tactics to try to get me to redo the siding on the whole house. Gary was honest in that the existing siding was generally in good shape and did not need to be replaced, but the cheaper estimate I received would not solve the problem because, due to where the problematic piece of siding was located, the scope of that work would not fully address the issue. He was able to carefully take off the existing siding from the roof down to the troubled spot and diagnose the problem (the nails used to hold the siding in weren’t long enough so the siding was only nailed into insulation, not wood). He had to replace some wood and use some new siding after tossing some warped pieces but other than that the job went off without a hitch. He had previously done work on my gutters and roof so this is the third job I’ve hired him for and, should I need anymore exterior work done in the future, he will always be my first call."
