Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"I was very pleased with O'Brien Brother's Contracting for a recent roof repair due to a leak. Eddie came the day that I contacted him. He was the fourth estimate that I received and proved to be very knowledgeable about the matter, including that the GAF shingle color that I have is no longer produced. That said, he was able to make some phone calls while standing on my roof and located a place with some remaining supply of the color shingle that is on my roof. The repair was quick and looks terrific. I will hire him again the next time I need a roof repair. Eddie also removed an old satellite dish and stump of an old electrical connection, and the roof looks great."

"They did an incredible job, quick and neat.I do however think the price was a bit too expensive, at first, I received a price of $ 1,100 for the repair of shingles. when the shingles were done Andon Bajraktari told me I needed chimney work, Re-taring and shingle, and some chimney cementing and put a second flu topper and the price doubled to $ 2,200 and I thought that was a little too much. But I needed the work done so I paid for the Job in cash."
