"THIS IS A SCAM! They took our deposit and ran! Four Seasons sent over a 'salesman' who lied to us to get us to hand him over a $9000 deposit to build a sunroom on the back of our home. We were worried about fees and zoning issues with our town, and Four Seasons kept telling us all will be okay. But when our town raised zoning issues, Four Seasons refused to rectify the issues, and stop returning our calls and emails. They have ghosted us with our deposit and have not delivered any service. This is a SCAM! DO NOT HIRE THEM!"

"I hired Riverdale construction through a colleague of mine she had worked on on her home and she said this company that is owned by Raquel Diamond is a smart skilled and professional and friendly her team transformed my full basement with adding columns with opening walls for more space. Including moving my bathroom and my laundry room The project manager Jay kept me informed throughout the whole process , always available to answer questions,I felt like they were really listening to our needs.They worked efficiently and stayed on track no delays or unexpected setbacks.
The crew was polite and respectful They cleaned up thoroughly after each day Everyone on the team seemed highly skilled.They went above and beyond toaddress any issues They were very accommodating to our needs. They followed up after the project was completed to ensure I was completely happy . I would recommend I Riverdale Construction and Raquel Diamond to anyone who wants to remodel their home."

"Had a bad experience with this company. Dealt with Harry for the contract and 50% down payment and then was told Joe was doing my project. Oh Joe oh Joe. You can’t make this guy up. The worst case of a pathological liar I’ve ever seen. On the promised day of work nobody would show up. He used every excuse in the book, after about 7 no shows and excuses from worker called out, there is rain in forecast (drizzle at best), the Canadian wild fires, Flu, each time he would sound so genuine, but once the common excuses ran out he would say “I’m coming right now, I’m loading up the bricks in the car as we speak [goes on to tell another worker to load some more bricks in the other truck while I’m on the phone], I cancel my plans and wait… no show. This goes on and on. Then he dumps a pile a of sand on my driveway and that sits for 2 more weeks. Everytime I would call Harry, he would apologize and say I will call him. Was convinced I was scammed with the upfront payment. Threatened to call police on the company. After about 6 weeks past promised day, the work was not very good either. The contract stated polymeric sand would be used to lock pavers. They did not. When I called and showed them pictures they said “oh Joe must have been running low on the polymeric sand, I’ll have him come by tomorrow first thing in the morning and fix that”. I laughed to myself, these guys barely showed up with 50% of payment still with me. How are they showing up after getting paid full. I ended up hiring another company and they locked the pavers and finished the job. If you are not in a rush and don’t care too much about getting the whole work done and good quality, then you can give these guys a try, otherwise don’t be an idiot like me and go read other Yelp reviews."

"The work went very well Robert was pleasant, easy to to talk to and very skilled!. He repaired and touched up cabinet doors. They matched perfectly. He is vey dependable. I highly recommend him. I was really thrilled with the work he did!"

"RUN FAR AWAY FROM ALLIED AND TOM. Tom took my money and did not complete the renovations as per our contract. He lied about having a licensed electrician to do electrical work, it was just one of his workers who's not licensed. I paid for a dumpster and when it was delivered by tom it was already half full from another allied job and I was asked to pay the full amount of $950. Tom didn't listen to anything I said regarding the work I requested and he changed my design and did work that was cheaper for him. I was priced for one of my ceiling's to be ripped out and reinstalled with new sheetrock, Tom waited until I was away on business then he installed sheetrock on top of the bad sheetrock and told me he ripped out the old sheetrock and installed the new sheetrock, I found out when my EC cut holes to install lights and we found 2 layers of sheetrock preventing the lights from being able to be installed. Allied construction is a cheap, sneaky company who will steal your money and breach your contract. Do not hire these people Tom is a lair. Tom wore a gun in my house on his hip and told me "I use this to get paid by customer who don't want to pay". Tom left live 120v wires hanging out of the walls and ceiling, he removed a banister and didn't replace it for 3 weeks making my home very unsafe for me and my 9 year old son."
