"Today was first major snow storm of year and all metro roads a mess. We had scheduled a couple days earlier and I called and offered to reschedule. Their other scheduled business pick ups were not open presumably due to snow but they insisted on driving 30 miles to my house to keep the appointment. It had to be at a loss given the time gas and the relatively small size of my document dump of 3 roller garbage bins. Came on time as my 15 yo son finished shoveling drive and let him watch files get ground to nothing on the cool monitor that lets you see grinder inside truck do its work. Paid with CC. "Was very pleased with the overall result of New Again. I submitted dimensions and pictures over the website and received a very competitive quote. After stripping the deck there were a few more boards where some rotting was identified and Barak and his team replaced them promptly. Stain looks great and made an immediate difference. I had been contemplating if my 20 year old deck was too far gone and needed replacing... but after seeing what Barak could do with stripping the old paint off, replacing some bad boards, and staining... I'm very glad I chose to do this rather than replacement."
