"JJJ Home Remodeling recently completed 2 projects for us and we are very pleased with the results of both. The first one: painting of the house (exterior) and deck. From start to finish, we found Charles and his team to be professional, reliable and conscientious. In addition, Charles was an excellent communicator throughout. We especially appreciated the fact that he and his team spent a lot of time on the prep work and made a number of repairs (after getting our consent) wherever they found wood damage. We love the way our house and deck look now. The second project that JJJ Home Remodeling did for us was to replace the windows in 5 rooms of our house. They did a fantastic job! Since this was our first time replacing windows, Charles offered to do one room first to make sure we were satisfied. We were and decided to proceed with the remaining rooms. Charles and his team were meticulous, easy to work with, and very clean and efficient. We are happy with the results and highly recommend him."

"Buyer Beware I live in Kingsbridge and hired Cesar via Angi (he successfully did a job for me 2 years ago) to rewire two antique table lamps. He quoted me $250 for the repair (rewiring, installing the parts needed to attach the shade, and add a simple on/off switch to both plus a switch to a third lamp. I thought that was a lot, but agreed to pay. After working two hours, he said had to leave and would return the next day to finish the job. In good faith I paid him in full. He didn't return, wouldn't answer voicemail and text messages I left him. When a family member came to help several days later (I am a partially disabled senior unable to check the quality of his work) he found: -- wrong on/off switch was used --lamps were rewired with extension cord wire --harp attached to one of the two l --shade holders not installed The three lamps were inoperable. I've never posted a review before, but want to alert unsuspecting residents to Cesar's dishonesty and shoddy work. "
