Thiago provided an estimate the same day and put us on his schedule the same week. The workers were courteous, neat and professional. They had to move an upright piano out of and back into the space and were able to move it without damaging the floor or piano. The floor came out beautiful. No more ugly pet stains. "Highly recommend this company for hard wood flooring refinish. They responded to my inquiry quickly, came to my house right away, and gave me a reasonable quote. The job was scheduled about 2 weeks after the quote and completed quickly and on time. My home was left clean and the workers were very respectful. The floors came out magnificent! I have a 95lb dog who runs around on my floors all day and so far no scratches (service was performed 12/2018). My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to review them sooner. Sal is the best!"
