"The best of the best. Excellent carpentry. They knew what they were doing. We had a chimney chase repair and they knew exactly what to do. Did a lot of research before we hired them and are so glad we did. Canà ¢à  à  t say enough about them."

"Fast and professional. The damage was more extensive than originally thought. L.E.N. documented everything for the insurance company and worked with me for what wasn't covered to keep my costs down."

"I was replacing all of my basement windows because the wood frames were rotten in places and had lead paint. The previous basement windows were really high quality of a type that doesn't exist anymore (hoppers that open in and from the bottom) but I chose to replace because I didn't want any wood or lead paint left. When I met in person with the salesman, he told me that is what they would do because of course the wood was obviously damaged. The contract said "replacement window, new flashing", which I thought meant what the salesman told me, the entire frame. The person who came to measure called me on the phone, and he told me that all the damaged wood would stay, but I didn't understand him well over the phone. When the windows were actually installed, they left virtually all of the damaged wood and lead paint. They came back today not to make plans to fix anything, just to insist to my face that I was wrong and they were right, and the salesman didn't count."
