He came to my house, inspected my roof, then sat down with me and explained the whole roofing process from beginning to end including the cost (no payment until the work was completed). He was never pushy but wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. When I finally made the decision to choose Estate Exteriors, Eugene helped me choose the shingle color and, again made sure any questions were answered. Once the crew arrived, they immediately got to work. If they found needed roof repair, phots were taken which Eugene shared with me. When the work was completed, clean-up was excellent, and Eugene returned the next day to inspect the work and do any extra clean-up. "Trying to execute a major outdoor renovation project during a time of global supply chain disruptions poses many challenges. Happy to report that Mal and PHI navigated that rocky path very well. Mal kept us informed of the many changes coming from the supplier as far as colors and delivery. It was a long process...8 months between signing the contract and having the work completed. In the end we are very happy with the product and the quality of the work. A major windstorm hit the area the day after the work was completed and put the installation to the test. Everything held up perfectly...no loose bits flapping on the house or flying around the yard. "The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."
