Installed a new toilet. Replaced our old surround with beautiful tiles and even put up shelves and bars in the tub for our future years!? Job very well done! Thank you Luis. Then we met Dennis. Yet another hard worker,prompt and ready to work. He refinished our ancient of days bath tub. Now it looks completely new! We not only are happy with the job but both guys were really good about cleaning up the mess. We highly recommend this crew,they know what they?re doing. "The purchase of my new kitchen cabinets and counter tops went great, sales rep Greg was very attentive to all questions I had, made adjustments as needed, pricing was good, and they are made right on the premise, they came out to measure, delivery time was great, thought it would take maybe 4-6 weeks, we got in 2 weeks, delivery was on time promised, we did our own install. Counter tops were ordered and delivered 6 days later, installers were GREAT, Rodrigo and partner were on time promised, very professional, friendly, quick, cleaned up after, would not even know they were there, except for my new counter tops. Would definitely recommend Factory Plaza Per the picture the installers will do what is needed to get the job done 🙂"

"Perhaps I should be precluded from participating here - but Service Doctor has done several projects both residential and commercial for me and always delivers quality work on budget. To be forthright, Angie is my wife- Service Doctor did several projects for me and my business long before we were married. She takes her work very intensely; she carries it home with her, she accepts phone calls at night and over the weekends. I watch her deal with all the questions, changes, scheduling issues, and or just spend time bringing customers up to speed on the project status. I have observed and listened to her with her customers, with her co-workers and I have to say she goes above and beyond to provide a finished job that exceeds all expectations. She addresses her customers first, an example last summer I had to put a new roof on our home, a large job to remove the old and install 80 some squares of new cedar shakes, she pulled the crew from our home to take care of a few customers, I note she did so without hesitation. I just watched her anguish over a review- actually a reposted unenthusiastic review from over a year ago that was just reposted by “Chris”. Chris claims my wife was shockingly rude—interrupting, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I have never known Angie to be rude or unprofessional. When I do something stupid, I have seen her be dismissive. I have watched her deal with difficult people, difficult situations, her co-workers and sub-contractors. Being rude is just not in her DNA- and she is always correcting me when I struggle with being polite in difficult situations. She is not perfect –no one is – she works very hard doing it right, making the job go as painless as possible and controlling costs. All this to say I don’t know who this Chris guy is that is stalking my wife or why he can’t let go after a year- or why he keeps reposting negative comments anonymously with none of the underlying facts. So, Chris tells exactly what happened rather than just saying Angie and Jenna were rude and dismissive. What was the job, did they enter a contract with you to do the job, did they not finish the job, was the job delayed because materials were not available, if you have the balls to post a bad review – have the tenets to provide the facts. Yes, I am defending my wife, from an anonymous b****, and some Chris guy that seems to be stalking her, I would be foolish not to."

Initially covered the floor but at some point removed the covering which required mopping the floor 3 times to remove the dirt and construction debris. They were professional and friendly. "Everything was absolutely perfect, from start to finish. After choosing the style and manufacturer we wanted, we got quotes from three providers / installers. Prestige had the lowest quote, beating one competitor by about $500 and the other by nearly $2,000. The office personnel were congenial and helpful - setting up the order and determining scheduling were very quickly and easily accomplished. The individual sent to make the measurements was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything he was doing and patiently answered every question we had. He went into great detail about our options for corner shape, beveling, cutouts, and joints. The installers were also punctual. We were given a 4 hour window for their arrival and they showed up a few minutes before the earliest time stated. Their experience and professionalism were quite evident. They were precise in their cutting and alignment and used specialized equipment to hold the joints together while the adhesive cured. As a result, the seams are perfect - virtually invisible and blended in well with the countertop. Every person we dealt with was respectful, friendly, and worked hard to make sure we were comfortable and happy with their work. We are quite pleased and completely satisfied with our countertop and would definitely recommend Prestige to measure, cut, and install a countertop."
