"Of several contractors we contacted, Joseluis of Guys Unlimited 4 Rent was the only one interested in our job. A smallish kitchen remodel, Joseluis took our project seriously, he always arrived when he said he would and always answered the phone. The price for the job was very reasonable; his sub-contractors were competent and respectful, and the work was of good quality and completed expeditiously. We highly recommend Joseluis Camejo and Guys Unlimited 4 Rent (don't let the name confuse you) for home remodeling work."

"My remodel process beginning to end when I first met Mr. Bryson , Carpenter’s Hand. He wanted an ideal of what they could design strictly on budget or by getting to know my personality to match my kitchen. Mr. Bryson asked me, “‘what I wanted my Dream kitchen to looks like, (Colors/ countertops/ design) ? Overall, I came to the realization that I was going to cut back a little bit on my budget! Lol,.. The Carpenter’s Hand gave me so much more than I could afford using my budget wisely. I loved everything most importantly the quality of their work and attention to detail surpassed my expectations! I’d like to say, I did my homework on the price without compromising Quality!!! I made the right choice, in trusting them with my Remodel! Thank You, The Carpenter’s Hand, for my beautiful Kitchen... "The best remodeling service in town. Elliot and his crew were very helpful every step of the way. We were living abroad during the remodeling of our house, and the communication and care they provided were fantastic. The final result is impressive, and the price was definitely great compared to big remodeling brands. I highly recommend them."

"Everything was done through texting. That was good. Sent photos of area to be repaired and the gave us an estimate. Hired them. They finished the project in a day. Very friendly and professional. They kept within my budget, happy about that! No surprises. Good job!"

"Emrah and his team were very involved in making sure my bathroom tile project had the best possible outcome. He suggested the best type/size of tile, grout color, edging etc. that would create the best look. He took his time and was very detail oriented. He did not take shortcuts or worry about the amount of time he had to spend on the project to make sure it was right. He was willing to negotiate his labor cost upfront and never tried to add additional labor cost even thought the project took a little longer than expected due circumstances beyond his control. He asked for half of the cost upfront and the other half only after the project was completed, inspected by me, and any issues resolved. I have other projects at the house in mind and plan to hire Emrah in the near future."

"Outstanding company with excellent work and service! I will use again for my next remodel!!!"

"Overall satisfied with the quality of work, and am happy with how clean the final project was (still sturdy door installation 5 months later). Hired Hotchkiss construction for another smaller home project just recently and also satisfied with the work."

"I chose ARS out of 6 candidates for my bathroom remodeling project because of Marcus Armstrong. When I explained what I wanted done Marcus was the only contractor who said my particular request to have a walk-in shower was possible and gave me some ideas/choices. And what really determined my decision was the bathtub part of the project. I was leaning towards just leaving it as is, until he came up ideas to help me decide. Marcus's ability to visualize possibilities and provide me with great choices is such a necessary talent which I relied on heavily throughout the entire project and is just ONE of his many great qualities. I always felt that he was fully invested in making my renovation a great experience (and restores my damaged, by horrible experiences, faith in hiring contractors) and like it was his only project. So the professionalism is another high quality trait that is greatly appreciated. I could write a book on all the great qualities Marcus/ARS has, but aside from what I've already listed a few more important traits for a contractor to have is integrity, dependability, and honor. You will pay more going through a renovation specialist, but it's worth it because they deal with all the headaches of hiring and management of all the specific contractors needed to accomplish specific tasks. And ARS does so while providing a guarantee that all work will be completed with high quality standards even when the project is complete I know if something fails to work properly or for instance cracks in the grout are forming that Marcus will get it fixed even though my project is completed. That is also worth the extra you are paying for. There is so much more positive things I could write about these guys so I end this with a glowing recommendation for ARS and my next project of renovating my kitchen & living room will definitely be done by ARS."
