"I called Tri-County along with one other company that had done a job in our neighborhood to get an estimate on a new sprinkler system. Adam, the owner, came out later that day to look things over. My lawn has lots of curves and bends so it was not going to be as simple as most yards. Adam took his time checking it out and explained in detail what he thought would work for me, from the type of sprinkler heads that would work best for my application to how they would integrate all of my drip irrigation beds into the system. I already had 6 of those which I put in is myself set up and running on individual timers. Although they were $1000 more than the other bid I was so impressed with how Adam took the time to thoroughly explain things to me that I decided to go with them. A couple of weeks later they had a crew of 7 guys out and to my surprise got it all done in one day. They were all super professional, including Anthony, the supervisor who came by a couple of times to check on their progress and to answer any questions I had. Once they finished and the city did the inspection a few days later Anthony came back to do a walk-through and to explain al of the workings of the control panel. There were a couple of places that needed minor adjustments and he took care of that. It all looks great and works great. One of the reasons I decided they were worth the extra money was their 5 year guarantee. Both Adam and Anthony stressed to me that if I have any problems for 5 years, whether it be a broken head, a dry spot or just something out of adjustment to call and they will come take care of it. Shelly, who works at the office, was equally impressive with her knowledge of the business when I talked to her several times. Twi-County Sprinklers is the picture of what good customer service looks like."

Emerald Lawns came out and quickly troubleshot the system and replaced the backflow. They were completely done in two hours and seemed to have found the only issue. "The young men were here about an hour and came to ask if I would authorize them to use some tool that cost $40+ for 15 minutes use to locate the remainder of the service valves for the sprinkler system. They had managed to locate 2 already and both of them had to be connected/re-connected and yet the circuit was still not complete so they needed to locate the remainder. As I rent, I chose to not have them use the tool but rather to prepare a report as to what they had already done and what they would need to do to complete the testing. I will then share this information with the property management company that I rent from. It seems though that one of the gentlemen left my water turned off at the meter and left. This caused an issue. I contacted one of the young men and he was kind enough to return to my house and turn the water back on. I wasn't certain if that was the issue or if there was another problem."

"Texas Pros (Jacob) came out and spent a good amount of time inspecting what the other guys did. Found one leaking valve, but were not sure about why the system was so messed up. Didn't charge me for more than the service call and replacement valve despite spending a good amount of time...Jacob said, we didn't get it up and running so I am not going to charge you today. Let me think about this and we will come back. He came back, said he had a pretty good idea of what was going on. He dug up the previous "repair" and discovered that the first guys plumbed the system wrong and completely cut off my front yard zone. He redid the lines the right way and in just a little over an hour my system was back. On time. Professional. Knows what he is doing. I can't say enough good things about Jacob and Texas Sprinkler Pros."
